Most car dealeers have an inventory feed for their new and used cars. Dealer’s that send their inventory feed to Showroom Logic not only get listed on their very own powerful microsite, but their inventory gets automatically blasted to Twitter & Facebook.

It’s all about saturation”, say Mike Annable ; Co-Founder of Showroom Logic. “Social networking is here to stay, and car dealers need to get on board. I have seen many car dealers who have created Facebook Fan Pages and Twitter accounts and abandoned them. This makes them look bad, because every Facebook Update and Twitter Tweet has a time-stamp. Our software is designed to take over where they left off.

If you look at this image, you can get an idea how the software works:

Each Vehicle Is Sent To Twitter & Facebook Automatically

A. Facebook will be updated automatically with a photograph and a direct link to the vehicle’s page.

b. Twitter will be updated with each vehicle with a track-able bit.ly link.

c. The landing page from each includes up to 72 photographs, several calls to action, a backlink to the dealer’s website and similar vehicles on the bottom right designed for the user to keep clicking.

Showroom Logic also developed a ground breaking Google Adwords System For Cars Dealers. If you want to sell more cars, check it out. I also suggest your read their blog, it has a wealth of information for Internet Sales Managers.

Google is all about quality search. There are drones of spammers trying to figure out how to beat the ever-so-clever Google Search Algorithm. Last week, I wrote about how I felt Google was in trouble with Social Networking. Google CEO Eric Schmidt pretty much admitted it at a conference yesterday in Orlando Florida.

As I previously stated, I am finding myself using the Twitter Live Search more often. I used to search Google Blogs, then sort by date to find my most recent topics. Since Google Launched the Caffeine Update, it seems they are indexing blog posts a lot slower. It used to be 1 or 2 minutes, now it’s taking up to 24 hours. I think their update backfired on them. Perhaps they moved a bit too fast?

Google’s biggest problem is how to rank live search results without allowing spam. How to decide who get’s to be number 1? I’m sure Google has something up their sleeve. Perhaps it’s the upcoming public release of Google Wave?

Google should of sealed the deal with Twitter a long time ago. In my opinion, Bing is lousy search engine that can easily be manipulated.

I am involved in over 20 websites, and I am a stats guy. On all of my websites Google brings me 89% of the traffic. If Bing becomes popular I will make more money because of my current Bing Rankings. On the other hand, I don’t see myself ever using Bing for searches. I will continue to use Google and Twitter.

Showroom Logic co-founder Patrick Bennett finishes up the last piece of their car dealer Twitter tool. After a lengthy application process with Twitter and hours of coding by Patrick Bennett, they are now able to brand their own tool. In the past weeks it simply said “api” on each tweet. Now it says “Showroom Logic” with a direct link to their website.

“This screen shot shows a new dealer that we signed up in Utah. Normally we wouldn’t have that many tweets sent in such a short period of time. However, this dealer didn’t have a Twitter account so they asked us to create one for them. We felt we may as well post some of their inventory first, before we try to find some quality followers for them. The last thing we want to do is annoy somebody. A good follower is tough to get, so it’s important not to scare them off”, says Brandon Bishop, Vice President of sales for Showroom Logic.

Showroom Logic is a complete Social Networking System for car dealers. They currently operate in 3 states, but can launch a dealer anywhere in the United States.

Contact Showroom Logic here to sign up.

Twitter is absolutely free, and it’s in the news daily. If you own a business now is the time to get your twitter

Follow me On Twitter!

account, even if you don’t plan on using it right away. Why? When you sign up for Twitter the first thing they will ask you is what username do you want to use. The name of my company is PAWS Printing, so my Twitter url is http://www.twitter.com/pawsprinting. I was lucky enough to get that name before someone else took it on me.

Twitter allows for multiple accounts, but you must have a different email address for each account. My hosting company allows 1,000 different email addresses for each of my domains (I have 3). If I wanted to, I could have a whole bunch of Twitter accounts. The shady people will use up all of the good Twitter names, and you’ll get stuck with something less desirable. You know how hard it is to get a good domain name? The same will apply with Twitter.

On the Showroom Logic side of my business, we sign used car dealers up with Twitter ourselves. We then set it up with automatic updates, get them a few followers and turn all of the log-in information over to them.

Here are some simple directions to sign up:

Go To Twitter.com and create your free account.

Choose your username and pray that it’s not already taken.

Be sure to fill in your Bio and the town/city you are in. This will help the local Twitterers find you.

Find somebody on Twitter that is related to your business. This could be vendors or even your competition. Find out who they are following through their Twitter page and start following other people.

Currently, Twitter is so new we basically do a “You follow me, I’ll follow you”. This is why it’s important to get out there now. It takes time to get followers, so just let nature take it’s course.

If you have a blog, you should have an RSS feed. You can easily go to Twitterfeed.com and set up your account so every time you make a blog post it will automatically send out a Tweet (usually within about 30 minutes).

That’s it. You are now on Twitter. But listen…..first consider a few things. here is what not to do:

Do not over tweet. If you are a business nobody wants to know where you are eating lunch. Only tweet when you have something to say. If you send out too many tweets you will lose your followers.

Even if you only tweet once every couple of days that will be fine.

On the other hand, don’t under tweet. All of your tweets have a time and date stamp. If I see that your last post was 5 months ago it will be clear to me that you abandoned your account.

We have a great Twitter Account for people looking to buy used cars in the Tampa, Orlando and Lakeland Florida area. Every time one of our dealers post a new vehicle for sale our software automatically send out a tweet to all of our followers. Each tweet has a direct link to the vehicle. Check it our here: Twitter Used Florida Cars
