New Year’s Eve. A 93 year old man was found shot to death in his ransacked house with items missing. It was his son and son’s wife who found him. They had left about 5:30PM on New Year’s Eve to party at a popular oldies club called the Red Rose Inn located in Plant City, Florida. They made their reservations about 2 weeks prior to that.
The Polk County Sheriff’s Office was begging for the public’s help because they had nothing to go by. They had a 93 year old man shot to death multiple times in his own house and it appeared to be a house invasion / robbery.
The neighbor’s reported there were people selling magazine subscriptions door to door about 6:00PM that night, and we all thought it was odd. Who would be trying to sell anything on New year’s Eve?
The group was quickly found and cleared of any wrong doing. It was 2 days later that the confession came because the son’s (Robert Farley) story didn’t line up time wise.

Dancing Away After Murdering His Own Father
Lakeland to murder his father, then returned to the Red Rose Inn, woke up his wife and partied away.
