Most Car Dealers Have Struggled Using Google Adwords For Advertising

Many of our car dealers have expressed frustration using Google Adwords in the past. The problem is the dealer themselves tried to start the campaign, or they hired an expensive marketing company.
Besides telling Google the maximum amount to pay for a click, there is a lot more to it. Google uses what is called a “quality score”. As your new campaign is launched, Google will send a spider to visit the url you are directing the user to. If it isn’t a good match for the keywords you are bidding on, you will get a low quality score. What does this mean? It means you will pay alot of money for the click, if it even shows at all.
A successful Google Adwords Campaign will have hundreds or thousands of different keywords variations. For example, if you’re a Chevy Dealer and you have a great selection of new and used Corvettes your campaign will usually have these keywords:
- Corvette Dealer (your town)
- Used Corvettes
- Pre-owned Corvette
- 2010 Corvette
- 2010 Chevy Corvette
- 2010 Chevrolet Corvette
- 2010 Z06 Corvette
Can you see where I am going with this? It’s pretty tedious. Now, as you set up each campaign you have to direct it to your url. If you make each user go to your homepage, you will suffer with a low quality score. The best thing you could do is to direct them to a page full of Corvettes. This will help you a bit more, but to get the best Google Quality Score you should link directly to each vehicle. If you do this, you will own your area.
Showroom Logic recently developed some software that actually works with a car dealers new and used inventory. As each new and used vehicle enters a dealer’s website, it automatically creates a Google Adwords Campaign for every single vehicle, and the link will go directly to it.
When a vehicle is marked as sold, the campaign is deleted. If you were to manually create this campaign you would have to hire a skilled full time employee to manage it. Showroom Logic’s software does all of that for you.
Park Automall in Tampa Bay Florida was a beta tester when we first developed this software. Is it a coincidence that they sold 30 more cars last month than normal? Is it a coincidence that they sold more cars than any other in their area? I think not.
Park Automall is everywhere a dealer should be, and they truly own the Tampa Bay market.
I highly suggest you take the 10 minutes and watch this video. This is the way to sell cars:

Adwords is a really great tool for promoting your website, forum or affiliate link. the ppc cost of adwords is even cheaper than Friendster or Facebook. before, i used to advertise on facebook but the ROI is so low. Adwords gives me a much better ROI compared to Facebook ads.
