McKeel Academy ran out of food?!?
This past week, we received a phone call from a friend of the family as she was leaving school. She was complaining how hungry she was.
She had eaten a well-balanced breakfast and headed off to another day of her Senior year at McKeel Academy. When it came time for her lunch break at school, she didn’t need the sound of the bell to inform her it was lunchtime, as rumble in her tummy was loud enough. Knowing she had plenty of money in her lunch account, she walked to the cafeteria to fill the void. Much to her surprise, she was unable to eat. McKeel Academy had run out of food!
I could almost understand this happening at an average High School, but McKeel? McKeel Academy knows exactly how many students are attending the school. The waiting list is very long since they only allow a specific number of students. How could they possibly not have enough food to accommodate every student?
I am unsure if they completely ran out of everything or just the regular lunch. Does anyone have more information on this topic?
