How A Thank You Card Made My Day
I have been involved with the Stumble Upon Community for a few months now. It is our duty to give a website or blog with great content a “thumbs up”.
I read a great story on a blog about how to differentiate yourself from your competition a couple of weeks ago written by a woman named Joanne Mudd. I found this great post to be a great motivator, so I did my duty and gave the article my “thumbs up”.
After receiving my mail today I noticed a card from Ontario. I opened it up and the first things I saw was this:
I still had no idea who it was from so I opened it up. There was a $5.00 gift card to Starbucks in there!
Then I read the note:
She sent it to me to thank me for commenting on her blog and on StumbleUpon. I would really recommend reading it if you want to learn about customer service. She actually proved her point to me with this great gift. She went out of her way to thank me and I am very touched!
I hope you spammers don’t try to hustle her out of a gift card, please show some respect!
