Tracey & I have been making T Shirts for a while now. One of our most popular items on our website is Custom Football Jerseys. Normally people order 1 or 2 for the kids, each having their own last name and whatever
number they want. Last week I got a call from a woman in another state. She wanted special shirts made for her all of her relatives who were attending her Thanksgiving Dinner. She wanted 10 in all, with 3 different colors. I think it was a great idea! Here is what they looked like:
For each shirt to be customized, screen printing would be expensive because you would have to make a screen for each name and number. Tracey and I use a Roland Vinyl Cutter which will cut anything we want. We then melt the artwork on the shirt with a commercial heat press. The result? The letters will outlast the life of the garment, never cracking or peeling. Look at the close up photo and you can see how the vinyl melts into shirt.
