I usually come in to the shop on Saturdays just to finish up on my loose ends from the week. I heard a bit of commotion in front of the store so when I peeked out the window. I could see 2 police cars had pulled a Ford Explorer over in front of my store and they were giving the guy a field sobriety test. He failed miserably as he tried to walk the line.

I heard the deputy ask him how he could be so drunk in the morning. The drunk said “I have a policy where I don’t start drinking until noon. However, I know it’s not after noontime now but it is somewhere“.
