Cash For Clunkers Ending. Now The Auto Parts Industry Will Take A Hit?

According to the Cash for Clunkers program, each clunker traded in cannot be re-sold. It must be scrapped. I haven’t seen any actual numbers yet, but my Tweets tell me it’s around 250,000 cars so far. These clunkers will end up in junk yards.
Won’t this have a negative impact on the auto parts industry?
